Selecting the ‘no proof’ option means we will proceed with your job on receipt of payment confirmation.
If you select a soft proof, we will send you a PDF digital copy for approval. Once we have received approval confirmation
from you by email, fax or mail, we will proceed with your job.
If you select a hard proof, we will send you a high resolution copy via courier for approval. Once we have received approval confirmation from you by email
or mail, we will proceed with your job.
Packing, shipping and GST are all included in the quoted cost, as shown in your order total at checkout stage.

Payment is in advance via online secure payment, PayPal, Mastercard or Visa.
All your digital and offset printing jobs are produced onsite here at PrintLounge, in our North Shore premises. We use modern equipment, including a Heidelberg printing press, environmentally friendly soy ink and quality paper stock (recycled options available).
We pride ourselves in delivering quality product, on time and in good condition. Unfortunately however sometimes things can go wrong with delivery.
